Browsing our product catalogue, building a box on the Box Order page, or submitting the Contact form only sends an enquiry to our team — it does not create a binding purchase, reservation or contract until we've confirmed availability, pricing and delivery details with you directly over WhatsApp, email or phone.
Prices are not published on this Site and are shared only on request, as they can vary with order size, delivery location, and current ingredient and supplier costs. Product availability, pack sizes and recipes may change without notice. Quotes we share with you are valid for the period we state at the time, after which they may need to be reconfirmed.
Once you confirm an order with us (outside of this Site, via WhatsApp, email or phone), we'll do our best to meet the delivery date and time you've requested, but delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as traffic, weather, or supplier delays. For Box Order enquiries, the earliest selectable delivery date reflects the minimum lead time we need to prepare your order fresh.
We take care to keep the content on this Site accurate and up to date, including our product catalogue, client list and service descriptions, but we don't guarantee that every detail is error-free at all times. If you spot something that looks outdated or incorrect, we'd appreciate you letting us know.
